The Tague Lab is committed to an environment of uncompromised inclusion.

We believe that bringing together people from diverse backgrounds, experiences and areas of expertise, fosters a richer environment of scientific exploration and develop more robust solutions to cutting edge scientific questions. We aim to promote equity and inclusion in our work by always considering how our work influences diverse groups, particularly those historically excluded from active participation in the scientific process and scientific advancements. We believe equity and inclusion are active processes and see it as our duty to implement and uphold policies and practices that support these endeavors.
